Return or Refund Policy

In the event that any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE , UNDERWEAR ) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email Info@Aperfectsilhouette.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 15 days of the date item was delivered to you. We cannot accept returns on ANY ITEM WITH SKIN RESIDUE, DEODERANT STAINS OR MAKE-UP.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an item leaves the facility, Ms. Mary's A Perfect Silhouette is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Ms. Mary's A Perfect Silhouette is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. Ms. Mary's A Perfect Silhouette is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

We suggest customers opt for Priority or Priority Express shipping for the enhanced speed of travel.
